1-The Bid
We will need a copy of your cabinet drawings in order to give you a bid on stone countertops. If this is for a remodel and there is no cabinet prints, a rough dimension draft will suffice. Otherwise we can schedule someone to come out to take a measure. Bid turn around time typically takes 3-4 days. These can be faxed to us at (928) 527-9024 or emailed to gemsforyourhome@hotmail.com. You will need to choose an edge and stone. If you are unsure of edge and stone, we can give you a standard bid, that will include; group 1 stone, 1 1/2 eased edge, top mount sink, and 4" splash.

2-Stone Selection
We recommend that you hand select your granite slabs, especially if the stone contains a grain. We have select dealers in Prescott and Phoenix to help you out with this. If you do not want to personally select, we do charge a 25% restocking fee if the slabs arrive and you are not happy with them. After 50% down is received we will have your slabs delivered to Flagstaff.

3-Template
We will need to make an appointment with you to assemble a wood template of your cabinets so that we can create an exact match for your countertops. We will need the original templates for your sinks as well. Templates take 1-2 hours. During template we will need the existing countertops cleared off. *Countertops do not need to be removed before template.

4-Fabrication
From date of template it will take 1-2 weeks in the shop to fabricate your custom made countertops. We will give you a projected installation date. Fabrication includes layout, cutting, profiling, customizing, and cutouts for sinks & cooktops. We take this age old process into the future by using a sophisticated profiling machine creating perfect radius edging.

5-Installation
During installation we take all necessary precautions to protect your property. Installation can take 1-2 days. The average kicthen countertop has 2 -3 seams. We use colores epoxy or silicone to fill countertop seam. We our proud of our seams and feel we have some of the best in the industry. We will do our best to minimze your seams. At completion of job, the remaining balance is due. (Because of our contracting license we are not certified to provide any plumbing services such as connecting your sink. You will have to hire a professional to handle this for you.)
